We also provide basic levels of weekend technical support for caravan-park Wi-Fi customers and residential broadband customers – typically for area-wide issues. Our on-call network engineers investigate incidents over weekends so always log a fault with us ideally via email or text message, even if it is out of office hours, so we can look into your issue at the next available opportunity.
