Our office hours are Monday to Friday (9am-5.30pm) excluding bank holidays and public holidays. We also provide on-call weekend tech support cover to handle major incidents or outages – so please allow us to get back to you next working day if you require non-critical technical assistance – whether it’s remote or on-site help that you need.
